Is Midtown Autoworks affiliated with or endorsed by Porsche® or Mercedes-Benz®?
No. We are an independent service center that specializes in Porsche® and Mercedes® vehicles.
Will I need an appointment?
Yes. We recommend that you schedule any non-emergency service to ensure your vehicle is serviced as quickly as possible. Scheduled service appointments receive priority. You may call 916.382.7700 or use our online appointment-request form here.
May I drop off before or after service hours?
Midtown Autoworks does not have a key drop box because we like to keep all customer vehicles locked indoors, but if for some reason you cannot drop off or pick up your car during our regular business hours please contact us and we will do our best to make arrangements for you.
What if my Porsche® or Mercedes® becomes inoperable?
Call Midtown Autoworks at 916-947-3438. We can arrange towing service for you to our facility, or arrange for emergency road side service to help you get back on the road as soon as possible.
Do you accept extended warranty or service contracts ?
We will be glad to perform work covered by your extended service contract or warranty. We will review your coverage, obtain the necessary approvals and process the required documentation.
May I purchase extended warranty coverage?
Yes. Midtown Autoworks can provide and honor an aftermarket extended warranty as well. For more information about vehicle eligibility and the types of coverage available, call 916.382.7700.
What if my Porsche and Mercedes needs body repairs?
If your vehicle is damaged, call us, we can help make arrangements with one of our body shop partners.
Do you offer alternative transportation while my Porsche® is serviced?
Yes. We have many options for alternate transport while your vehicle is serviced. We provide a shuttle service to your home or place of business within 5 miles of our facility. Special consideration will be made for any greater distance. We can also help make arrangements for a rental car.
Do you offer pre-purchase inspections?
We offer a buyer’s inspection on pre-owned Porsche® and Mercedes® vehicles for your peace of mind. A thorough check of major systems, body and chassis, suspension, brakes and engine gives you a sense of what expenses may be coming in the near future and how the car was maintained in the past.
