With the end of the year approaching car dealerships are looking to strike a deal for the last of the 2020 models. If you are in the market looking for a luxury SUV check out the GLE and the G-Class. Earlier this year U.S. News and World Report released their list of the most comfortable luxury SUVs that you can buy in 2020. The models that make up the list combine comfort, functionality, and other important traits. Atop this list of thirteen are two Mercedes-Benz models. The GLE and the G-Class.
The 2020 GLE comes in at number six of thirteen because of it’s state-of-the-art infotainment and safety technology, vibrant powertrains, comfortable and balanced handling, and it’s cabin that is opulent, serene, and spacious. Key safety features include standard automated emergency braking with pedestrian detection, standard blind-spot monitoring with rear cross-traffic alert, and available adaptive cruise control with semi-autonomous driving mode. The 2020 model is fully redesigned compared to 2019’s model and if all of that is not enough, you can even consider taking home Mercedes-Benz’ most compelling version: the V8-powered GLE 580.
The 2020 G-Class offers travelers a sumptuous cabin and comfortable seats with off-road mastery and a lineup of brutish engines. The luxury large SUV comes in at number three of thirteen because of it’s reputable history as being one of the best luxury SUVs ever created. Few changes were made to the 2020 model other than wheel sizes that range from 18 to 20 inches and the G manufacturer program which allows further interior and exterior customization. Safety features include standard forward-collision warning and automated emergency braking, standard adaptive cruise control with stop-and-go technology, and standard lane-departure warning and lane-keep assist. Although this model commands a six-figure price tag, because the year is ending, there is no doubt that you can find one at a reasonable price.
As this year comes to an end remember that dealerships are eager to sell what’s left on their lot. If you are looking for a luxury SUV consider the 2020 GLE or the 2020 G-Class.
