We will do our research to try and fix your car problem permanently. Our goal when dealing with big and complex problems is to make sure the problem will never happen again. If we don’t know how to fix your car problem permanently already, we promise to do our research before we even lay hands on your car. We want you to pay once and only once for those big repairs.
We will call you back when we say we’ll call you back. Trust is a huge part of our shop culture so when we give you a date, you can be sure you’ll get a phone call by that time.

We will explain every step, provide explanations of why things were done, and answer all of your questions you may have.
